About Rise Park Juniors

We pride ourselves in offering a broad, balanced and creative curriculum to ensure that pupils learn from a wide range of exciting experiences. During the year, children are involved in a variety of themed days and weeks, including Arts Week, Science Week, Book Week, Spy Day and Egyptian Day, and we often hold assemblies and workshops for children to participate in, such as road safety, knife crime, an author workshop and online safety. Pupils also attend an educational visit each academic year, with Year six attending a residential trip to prepare them for their transition to secondary school.

During their time at Rise Park Junior School, pupils have the opportunity to take on a range of leadership roles and responsibilities. This gives them the opportunity to develop real-life skills and give them an opportunity to voice their opinions, in order to help develop a school of their own. Pupils also have the opportunity to attend a range of extra-curricular activities to pursue their interests and enhance their skills.

We are proud of the strong community links that we have made with others in our local area. We have also formed positive relationships with our parents and carers who are regularly invited into school during themed weeks and to concerts and events, as we understand the importance of their role in developing their child’s education.

At Rise Park Academies, we have created a happy and welcoming ethos, for our whole school community, where parents, pupils and staff feel happy and valued.

We look forward to welcoming you to our community so that your child can develop in our supportive community.
