TfL – STARS
Rise Park Junior School has a GOLD award for TfL STARS.
STARS is TfL's accreditation scheme for London schools and nurseries.

Junior Travel Ambassadors
At Rise Park Junior School, the Junior Travel Ambassadors (JTAs) take the lead in promoting safe, active and independent travel within our school community. This is a very important role, which helps the children develop communication skills whilst making a valuable contribution to the school.
Not only are the JTAs supported by a School Guide (Miss Windebank), but also officers from the Road Safety Unit and Transport for London (TfL).
The JTAs for 2019-2020 are:
5C - Sienna and Daniel
5P - Skye and Charlie
5F- Andrea and Jake
What We Do
We meet to share ideas and opinion. During each meeting we discuss our progress with current projects. We also plan future projects, organise prizes for competitions and select the winners of existing competitions.
